Kim Basinger is the co-owner of Forensic Nurse Experts. Kim has experience in differing aspects of law enforcement. She has been a Master Certified Peace Officer since 1996. Currently, Kim is commissioned with the Franklin County Sheriff Department in Mount Vernon, Texas. Kim has been a Registered Nurse since 1988. She is certified, in Texas and internationally, as a Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (S.A.N.E.) for adults and children for 24 years. Kim is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Forensic Nurses, American Board of Law Enforcement Experts, and Fellow of the American College of Forensic Examiners International. Kim is also the self-employed owner of S.A.F.E. Solutions. S.A.F.E Solutions is an organization providing resources such as: forensic medical exams, education to Law Enforcement, healthcare, and legal advocacy consultation.
Elizabeth Wolf is the founder and owner of Wolf Legal Nurse Consultants, Inc., a Registered Nurse and Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner. She is certified as an Advanced Legal Nurse Consultant, Certified Legal Nurse Investigator, Certified Product Safety Specialist, Forensic Criminal Evidence Analyst, and Expert of Medical Legal and Specialties, Certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (Adult & Pediatric), Certified International Sexual Assault Examiner. Elizabeth is highly skilled with over twenty-six years of experience as a nurse and a Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner in the specialties of; OB/GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Labor & Delivery, Triage and Emergency Medicine, Vocational Nurse Instructor, Surgery, and Sexual Assault Examinations. Elizabeth is the co-owner of Forensic Nurse Experts which provides continuing education hours approved by the American Nurses Association, and the Texas Nurses Association.
Allyson Cordoni is a Nurse Practitioner who has over 20 years of experience in the area of child abuse/neglect as well as adult sexual abuse, providing care for thousands of children and adults over her career. She has served as forensic nurse consultant, specializing in issues related to sexual assault (adult and children), child abuse and neglect, strangulation, domestic violence and development of policies and procedures as well as educational trainings. She was a member of the US Military MEDCOM task force responsible for writing/implementing sexual assault policies for the US Army, medical SME to the Pacific SHARP, medical SAFME to the European command while stationed in Wiesbaden Germany. She has authored a Shaken Baby bill for the State of Hawaii, presented at numerous International, national and local conferences, authoring several peer reviewed articles, participated in numerous MDT boards, and conducted trainings in the area of sexual assault, domestic violence and strangulation research.
